Let's talk about your process.

30 minutes, free, no sales pitch. You describe what is costing you time — I tell you honestly whether automation is worth it.

What happens next

  • A reply, usually the same working day.
  • A 30-minute conversation, by video or phone.
  • A written assessment afterwards — including if it says a project is not worth doing.
  • No newsletter, no passing your data to third parties for advertising, no automated follow-up sequence.

Or email directly: Alexander.Ortmann@ortmann-consulting.de

Before you write

What should the message say?

One or two sentences is enough: which workflow is costing time, who is involved, and which systems are in play. I do not need a finished requirements document — that is what the analysis produces. If you have a figure for how often the process runs, include it; that is the single most useful thing you can tell me.

What does the intro call cost?

Nothing. 30 minutes, by video or phone. Afterwards you get a written assessment — including if it says a project is not worth doing. A proposal follows only if we both think it pays for itself.

And if automation is not worth it?

Then I will say so. Some processes run too rarely, vary too much, or have a problem that is organisational rather than technical — there, software adds nothing or makes it worse. That assessment is part of the conversation and costs you nothing.

What happens to my data?

Your details are used solely to answer this enquiry and are deleted at the latest six months after the correspondence concludes. No newsletter, no passing your data to third parties for advertising, no automated follow-up sequence. Two processors are involved, for hosting and email delivery — the privacy notice names them.
