There are two ways to reach me. I reply to enquiries on the same working day as a rule.

No VAT is charged, pursuant to § 19 of the German VAT Act (small business rule).

The European Commission no longer operates the former Online Dispute Resolution platform, so no reference to it is given here.

I am neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

As a service provider I am responsible for my own content on these pages under general law, pursuant to § 7 (1) DDG. Under §§ 8 to 10 DDG, however, I am not obliged as a service provider to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information, or to investigate circumstances that indicate unlawful activity.

Obligations to remove or block the use of information under general law remain unaffected. Liability in this respect is only possible from the point at which a specific infringement becomes known. Upon becoming aware of such infringements, I will remove the content in question immediately.
